What are your payment options?

Payment is made online through the payment gateway, eNETS/PayPal via debit/credit card or directly with your PayPal account. For your safety and security, COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) are not accepted for online orders or via any of our employees or delivery team.

Direct Bank transfers and cheque payments are excepted.

What are your shipping options? Is self-collection available?

We ship island-wide except for these areas: Sentosa Island, Government/Military/Airport zones & other known restricted areas in Singapore.
Delivery terms are within 3-7 business days [Delivery chargers applies accordingly base on weight of each products].

Self-Collection is not available.

How long will it take to get my package?

Once the payment has cleared into our accounts, you will receive your items within 3-7 business days. If you have not received your items, please wait for the full 7 business days before calling to inquire about your order.

How do I track my order?

Real-Time tracking will be made available to you upon successful payment of your orders with stocks availability in hand prior to shipment.

What is your refund or exchange policy?

All sales are considered final, there won’t be any monetary refund. In the event the goods received are defective after delivery, we will provide a replacement or repair the product. The defective item needs to be reported within 5 days after you have received the item. Reports after 5 days will not be dealt with.

Bulk Purchase

If you are planning to buy in bulk or placing a large order, you may qualify for a bulk discount. Please contact +65 6721 9072 for bulk purchases.

Warranty

Our Commercial GYM equipment range comes with its own set of warranties depending on the different range/types of equipment purchased.

Our Spartan range has no warranty unless there is a factory defect on the product which we will gladly do a 1 on 1 exchange.
